Updating your Live Chat Facebook Messenger address in your WebX website

  1. Log in to your WebX Admin Panel dashboard.
  2. Click on Chaty on the left panel menu.
  3. Look for the Widget that you want to update.
  4. Click on Edit.
  1. Scroll down to the Facebook Messenger settings.You can then update the messenger username.
  2. You may also set the icon color or custom image if required.
  1. Once done, click Save Widget.
