Ownership and Usage Rights:
All content belongs to the Customer. After delivery of the website, Customers are free to modify or update the content on the website as they see fit.
Blocked website categories:
There are some industries which we are unfortunately unable to serve. We reserve the right to deny and/or refund any orders within this scope:
- Adult themes – Nudity, sex, excessive violence, self-harm, smoking
- Illegal industries – All themes around illegal works
- Political – All topics aimed to drive political agenda for any party or country
- Religious themes – Places of worship, religious celebrations/events
Support and Maintenance:
WebX offers support and maintenance services, some of which may be separately charged. Customers can opt for ongoing support to address technical issues, updates, or modifications required after the website’s delivery.
Pricing and Packages:
All pricing and features included in each package are clearly outlined on our pricing page before purchase. Additional features or modifications beyond the package scope may incur additional charges.
Communication and Feedback:
Open communication is encouraged with our Customers throughout the design process. Feedback and input from customers are highly valued and considered during the design and development stages to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging WebX’s services, customers acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All sales on WebX are final and non-transferrable nor refundable.
Data Deletion:
Simply open a support ticket to request for data deletion.
Affiliate Program:
The WebX affiliate program is a way for us to thank our customers and partners for referring more customers to WebX. You may use your referral link for your self-purchase as well.
Our rewards structure is as such:

Referrals apply only to the first purchase, and not for renewals. Referrals are tracked using our referral system and will be listed in your account dashboard. As our referral system is still new, the actual number displayed in your referral dashboard may be lower than what is displayed here. In any case of discrepancy, the higher number will be honoured.
