The usual worries

No time, and not from IT.: You answer a set of questions, send phone photos and pick one of three previews, and every later change is made by WebX.
The last designer went MIA.: Every request is logged in your account with its place in the queue, and each plan states its turnaround (two business days on Solo).
Paying again for every change.: No plan charges per change, and we make them one at a time (three at a time on Priority).
Who owns the domain.: A domain we manage (RM199 a year) is registered in your name and leaves with you, and connecting your own is free.
Selling online.: WebX builds information websites only, so for selling your site links to Shopee, TikTok Shop or a WhatsApp Business catalogue (see our guide on selling online).

How ordering works

Step 1: Your business

You answer a set of questions and upload your logo and phone photos. If you already have a website, we copy its text, services and hours across.

Step 2: Three free previews

Before any payment we send the top half of your homepage in three styles, and the one you pick becomes your homepage. If none suits you there is no charge.

Step 3: Plan and payment

You pick a plan and pay for the year by FPX, e-wallet or card. Monthly payment by card costs more (see Pricing).

Step 4: The build

We do not give a delivery date. After payment your account shows a page saying the site is being built, and we email you as soon as it is live at yourname.webx.my.

Solo

RM99 a month, paid yearly (RM1,188 a year)

A kedai or home business, up to four pages, changes within two business days.

Business

RM149 a month, paid yearly (RM1,788 a year)

A klinik, bengkel, restaurant or tuition centre, up to eight pages, changes by the next business day.

Priority

RM299 a month, paid yearly (RM3,588 a year)

Two languages, up to 15 pages, same-day changes before 3pm.

We built one site per trade, set in Ipoh, Klang, Puchong, Bangsar, Cheras, Shah Alam and other towns. Two are in Bahasa Melayu, and every business is fictional.
