Yes. Paste your current address and choose "take the content from my existing website". We copy your text, services, hours and usable images across, then you edit from there. Connect the same domain later and we map your old page addresses to the new ones, free, so your Google standing carries over.

We do not promise a delivery time, on purpose. After payment you see a "your website is building" page, and we email you the moment it is live. So you never sit and refresh.

No. There is no builder and no editing login. That is by design, not a missing feature. You send us the change, we make it, usually within 1 business day. Nothing to learn, nothing to break.

Yes. Our automated system designs and writes your site from your answers. Automated quality checks review every page before it goes live. And you judge the result yourself on a free preview before paying anything.

Yes, any language. You choose your site language when ordering. English is just the default. Our own platform, emails and support are in English.

No. WebX only builds simple information websites, and we would rather tell you now than sell you something that fits badly. Selling works better where buyers already are: Shopee, TikTok Shop, or a WhatsApp Business catalogue. Your WebX site links out to them with proper "order via" buttons. No, and we never will. Your website and your email are separate services. Mixing them is how businesses lose their inbox when they switch providers. Use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail or plain Gmail. Our domain setup never touches your email settings. More in this guide.

Yes. We do not build websites for religious, cultural, sexual, adult, gambling, political or illegal content, and we screen for this at order time. If we decline your order before any work happens, you pay nothing.

Anything inside your existing pages: new text, new photos, new prices, opening hours, promotions, swapped sections. Send it from your account or by email, in plain words. No technical description needed.

No limit on how many you send, and you are never charged per change. We work on them one at a time (three at a time on Priority). Send a second while the first is running and it queues, and you can see its place in line. That is the whole rule. No fine print about "reasonable use".

Speed depends on your plan: 2 business days on Solo, next business day on Business, same day on Priority if you ask before 3pm. Unlimited does not mean instant.

Two things, both priced openly. Need more pages than your plan allows? Move up a plan, which also gets you faster changes. A completely new look is the RM199 Design Refresh. Everything else inside your pages is a normal change request.

If the same change goes back and forth a few times in one day, we bring in a human team member to sort it out directly, within 1 business day. Often the fix is clearer wording of what you want, and we help with that too.

Yes. Your plan includes a domain: we register or manage it for you, handle the technical records and https, and watch its expiry date. Already own one? Keep it where it is and point it at your site with our step-by-step guide, or hand it to us to manage. Free either way.

You do, always. Managed domains are registered in your name. If you leave WebX, the domain goes with you.

Losing a domain is dangerous for a business. Expired .com names get bought by resellers within seconds, and .my domains can be suspended the same day. So we warn you from 90 days out for every connected domain, and bill managed domains a month before the real deadline. A late payment never touches the danger zone.

The same as what you signed up at: RM1,188, RM1,788 or RM3,588 a year, depending on your plan. The price does not go up because you stayed. Your renewal amount shows in your account and in every reminder email before anything is charged.

A monthly number is easier to judge than a lump sum. You pay once a year, which is cheaper than paying monthly and one payment to remember. Prefer monthly? You can, on card, at RM119, RM179 or RM359 a month. Just ask.

Online banking (FPX), e-wallet, or card. Card payments can renew automatically, so your site never lapses by accident. FPX and e-wallet renewals are paid from a link we send you. That is why we start reminding you 45 days ahead.

Nothing sudden. We send your renewal notice 45 days ahead, then remind you at 30, 14 and 7 days. If the date passes, your site stays online for another 30 days while we keep reminding you. Nobody should lose a website because an invoice landed in a busy week or a card quietly expired.

Your site runs to the end of what you paid for. Cancelling never cuts a paid year short. After the 30-day grace above, the site goes offline behind a neutral "temporarily unavailable" page. For 14 days, renewing alone brings it straight back free. After that it goes into cold storage, where renewal plus a RM99 fee restores it. Twelve months after expiry the stored site is deleted, with a final warning email first and the option to buy a ZIP export before deletion.

Yes. Within 7 days of your "site is live" email, full refund, as long as you have not sent a change request. The site comes down on refund, and connecting a custom domain counts as keeping it. Renewals refund within 14 days if the new year is unused.

Yes, two ways. The ZIP export (RM99) gives you your whole website as standard files any host can serve, with a 7-day download link. It works even after your site goes offline. Or copy the live site yourself: it is a public website, free tools do this, and we will point you to them if you ask. We would rather you left with your content than felt trapped.

Photos and logos you upload are build inputs, not an archive. We delete them within 7 days after each project finishes. Your dashboard lists every file we hold, its deletion date, and a delete-now button. Your live site keeps its images; those are processed copies we maintain for you.

WebX is run by Pixl Digital (002880290-P), a Malaysian web studio that has been building websites for local businesses since 2014. WebX is the same craft at a fixed price, built to run at scale.

You are not paying for meetings, mockup rounds and project managers. The building is automated. Humans stay where they matter: quality standards, support, tricky requests. And you judge the result on a free preview before spending a sen, which is a fairer test than any sales pitch.

For the website itself, yes: build, your domain, hosting, https, and unlimited changes. The only money beyond that is optional add-ons, each priced on the pricing page. No setup fees, no surprise renewal jump, no "premium support" tier.

Because RM599 a year did not leave enough to tell anyone we exist, and a business nobody finds eventually closes and strands its customers. The new plans also include the domain and far more pages. Customers who joined at RM599 keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. We do not raise prices on the people who took a chance on us first.
