A business that needs two languages, up to 15 pages, or same-day changes.
None of these is required. Connecting a domain you already own is free, with step-by-step instructions from us.

The table sets typical Malaysian prices against the Business plan. A cheap freelancer can cost less than WebX over two years, and a DIY builder almost always does. A good freelancer also offers custom features that WebX does not build.

Freelancer figures are typical quotes for a four to six page site. DIY assumes a Wix or Squarespace plan paid yearly plus a domain, with cheaper tiers carrying adverts or feature limits. A managed domain on WebX is RM199 a year extra.
No. The plan fee covers the build, hosting, https, support and change requests, and the only other charges are the add-ons above.
No. Renewal is RM1,188, RM1,788 or RM3,588 a year by plan, the figure you signed up at, shown in your account and in every reminder email.
No. You pay a year at a time and can stop at any renewal. The site runs to the end of the year you paid for, and what follows is on the FAQ page.
Yes. A higher plan brings more pages and a faster turnaround, and once you need several extra pages moving up is usually cheaper than RM99 a page.
Most Malaysian agencies charge around RM250 to change one sentence, and RM500 a change is common, though not every agency is expensive and a cheap freelancer can still cost less than WebX over two years, as the table above shows.
Yes, in full within seven days of the email saying your site is live, if you have not sent a change request (full terms on the FAQ page).
