Before you visit

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, when a chair is free. Weekday mornings are your best chance. Saturdays are usually full by Wednesday.

Is there a deposit?

Only for colour appointments over RM 300 and event styling. It is RM 50. This comes off your bill. It moves with you if you reschedule 2 days ahead.

Can I sit quietly and skip the small talk?

Yes. Tell us when you book, or just say so in the chair. Quiet appointments are normal here.

What products do you use?

Professional colour and care lines, chosen for humidity and Asian hair. Bring your usual products if you want our advice on them.

First visit

45 minutes for a cut. About 2 hours for colour. Here is where the time goes.

Dry consultation
We look at your hair before it gets wet. We talk about your routine. Then we agree the plan and the price.
The work
Wash, cut or colour, with one stylist from start to finish. No handovers halfway and no products you did not agree to.
Finish and notes
We style your hair so you can repeat it at home. We note the formulas and timings for your next visit.

Message us with the service you want and 2 or 3 times that suit you. We confirm your chair within the hour, during studio time.
