Regular home cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly visits from your two-person team. We clean floors, bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, do dusting and empty bins. Fixed 62-point checklist every time.

A top-to-bottom clean covering grout, tiles, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, skirting and under furniture. Most homes take one full day.

Move in and move out cleaning
Empty-property cleaning for handovers. Cabinets inside and out. Windows. Bathrooms descaled. Floors machine-scrubbed. Ready for inspection.

Post-renovation cleaning
Fine dust removal after contractors leave. We clean surfaces, grilles, window tracks and light fittings in two passes. Debris is bagged for disposal.

Questions we hear most
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Teams bring their own vacuums, mops, colour-coded cloths and cleaning agents. If you want us to use your own product, leave it on the counter and tell us in the booking notes.
Will I really get the same cleaners every visit?
Yes. Your team stays with you for every visit. If someone is on leave, we tell you first and send one familiar face with the cover, never two strangers.
Are you comfortable with pets at home?
Yes. Cats and dogs are part of daily life for most of our teams. Tell us about your pets when booking so we can use pet-safe products and keep gates and doors as we found them.
What does the 48 hour re-clean promise cover?
If a checklist item was missed or not done well, tell us within 48 hours, with a photo if you can. We return, usually within a day, and re-clean that area for free.
What happens if something is damaged during a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will fix it. Teams are covered for accidental damage, and the cleaner reports every incident to us on the same day.
How do I pay, and when?
You can pay by bank transfer, card link or e-wallet after each visit, or monthly for regular clients and offices. No deposit is needed for standard home cleans.
