FreshNest Cleaning started in 2023 with one idea. People relax when they know who is coming into their home. And they relax when they know the cost.
Our story
From serviced apartments to your front door
Founder Sarah Lim spent eight years running housekeeping for serviced apartments in Kuala Lumpur. Every room had to pass the same check, no matter who cleaned it. She later moved home to Petaling Jaya. She could not find that same consistency for her own house.
Agencies kept sending a different stranger each week. Quotes changed after every visit. Nobody took responsibility when something was missed. So in 2023 she started FreshNest with two teammates from her old crew.
Three years on, thirty five cleaners work in fixed teams of two. Each team has its own regular clients across the Klang Valley. The checklist Sarah wrote in her apartment days is still used on every job.

These are the three things we always do.
People we would let into our own homes
Every applicant has a face-to-face interview. They pass a background check. They do two weeks of paid training before they ever enter a client's home. Fewer than one in five make it through.
Everything they need, in one kit
Teams bring their own vacuums, mops and cloths. Cloths are colour-coded by room. Cleaning agents are safe around children and pets. You only need to give us the front door key.
Small details, checked every time
Skirting boards, light switches, kettle handles, mirror edges. Our 62-point checklist is signed off at every visit. It is the first thing we check when feedback comes in.
