Services and fees
What we do and what it costs
Starting fees for every service are listed below. Your written quote is fixed before work starts. It is reviewed once a year, not partway through.
Four services, explained simply
Bookkeeping and monthly accounts
We reconcile your bank feed every week. You can log into our cloud software any time. Each month closes by the 10th. You get a one-page report on revenue, margin and cash. It includes a short note if anything moved more than it should.

Corporate tax
CP204 estimates are set realistically. We revise them in the months the law allows. Form C is filed ahead of the deadline. Tax planning notes arrive before your year end. There is still time to act on them.

Payroll, EPF and SOCSO
Payslips go out on your pay date. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB are calculated and paid in before the 15th. New hires and resignations are handled the same week. Records stay ready for audit.

Advisory and reporting
Quarterly reviews cover margins, costing and cash flow. We add forecasts when you are hiring, borrowing or opening a second outlet. You leave each session with three decisions, not thirty pages.

Fee and filing questions, answered
Can we switch to you in the middle of a financial year?
Yes, most clients do. We collect your records from your previous accountant. We agree the opening balances. We clear any backlog at the catch-up rate before your monthly plan starts. The handover usually takes two to three weeks.
What exactly is inside the monthly fee?
Everything listed in your written quote. This means reconciliations, the monthly close and your management report. It also means questions answered within one working day by your named accountant. Anything outside the quote is priced before we start. It is never billed as a surprise.
Which software do you use?
We use cloud bookkeeping software. You hold owner access to it. If you ever leave us, the file, history and logins go with you. We can also work inside your existing system, where that makes sense.
Do I need an audit for my Sdn Bhd?
Not always. Some small private companies qualify for audit exemption. This depends on revenue, assets and headcount. We check your position every year. Where an audit is needed, we prepare the file. This keeps the audit short and the fee low.
What happens if a deadline is missed?
Every deadline sits in a shared compliance calendar you can see. Reminders start a month early. Since 2021, our clients have paid RM 0 in late filing penalties caused by us. If we ever cause one, we pay it.
How is the fixed fee worked out?
It depends on transaction volume, headcount and how tidy the records are. You see the workings on the quote itself. The fee is reviewed once a year, with a month's notice. This never happens mid-year.
