Services and prices

What a visit costs, before it starts

Every price below is a real starting point. We check your pet's coat with you at drop-off. We confirm the exact price then. It never changes at pickup.

Dog grooming

Every dog groom includes a nail trim, ear clean and sanitary tidy. Starting prices are for small breeds with brushed coats.

  • Bath and tidy

    from RM 55

Warm bath, low-noise blow-dry, full brush out, nails, ears and a sanitary tidy.

  • Full groom

    from RM 95

Everything in the bath and tidy. Plus a styling cut shaped to the coat and weather.

  • De-shedding treatment

    add RM 45

A double-coat soak and undercoat rake for heavy shedders. Added onto any groom.

  • Puppy first groom

    RM 40

A short, treat-heavy first visit for pups under six months. Bath, light tidy, lots of praise.

Larger breeds and thicker coats cost a little more. We agree the price with you at drop-off. Matted coats are quoted fairly after a coat check.

The routine

How a grooming session runs

From the first sniff to the pickup photo, nothing happens without your say-so.

  • Drop-off and coat check

We look at the coat, ears, nails and skin together. Then we agree the plan and the exact price before you leave.

  • Bath and blow-dry

Warm water, pet-safe shampoo and low-noise dryers. We give water breaks whenever your pet needs one.

  • The cut

Scissor and clipper work at a slow pace. Nervous pets are booked into the quietest slot of the day.

  • Photo and pickup

We message you a photo when your pet is ready. We walk you through the session notes at pickup.

Cats and daycare

Cats are groomed in a separate quiet room, away from dogs. Daycare is for friendly dogs, capped at twelve a day.

  • Cat grooming

    from RM 90

A bath or dry groom in the quiet room. Our cat groomer uses towel wraps, not restraints.

  • Kitten first visit

    RM 40

A gentle introduction for kittens under six months. Short handling, light tidy, home before naptime.

  • Daycare day pass

    RM 55

A supervised playgroup in the morning. A nap room in the afternoon. A photo of the day at pickup.

New daycare dogs start with a half-day trial. This lets us introduce them to the group slowly.

Questions owners ask us

Do you sedate pets for grooming?

Never. If a pet gets too stressed, we stop the groom. We call you and suggest a shorter plan or a second visit. You do not pay for a groom we could not finish.

What vaccinations do you require?

Dogs need their yearly vaccinations. Cats need their core shots. Bring the vaccination book to your first visit. We photograph it once for our records.

My dog's coat is badly matted. Can you save it?

Sometimes. We will tell you clearly either way. We never put a pet through hours of painful de-matting. If brushing would hurt, we suggest a shorter clip. We show you how to keep the new coat tangle-free.

How long does a groom take?

A bath and tidy takes about ninety minutes. A full groom can take up to three hours with breaks. We message you when your pet is ready. We do not leave pets waiting in a cage.

Can I stay and watch?

You are welcome to wait in the front room for a first visit. Most pets settle faster once their owner is out of sight. The photo update usually reassures you after that.

Can we try daycare for one day first?

Please do. Every new dog starts with a half-day trial. We slowly introduce them to the group. We will tell you clearly if they enjoyed it or just got through it.
