SwiftLane Logistics is a 40-person delivery and fulfilment team at Port Klang. We have moved parcels for online sellers since 2019.
Our story
Started with two rented vans and a 6pm promise
Aaron Yap spent eight years in a freight office beside Northport. He watched containers cross oceans on schedule. But parcels for small online sellers took three days to cross the Klang Valley. This gap bothered him more each year.
In 2019 he leased two vans. He offered nearby sellers one simple deal. Hand your parcels over by 6pm and they arrive the next working day. The promise held and word spread. By 2021 SwiftLane took its first warehouse bay in Bandar Sultan Suleiman. It signed its first pick and pack clients.
Today 24 vans leave the Port Klang hub every working morning. Routes are planned the night before. We have a racked warehouse. Our ops room answers its own WhatsApp. The deal has never changed. The cutoff is a promise, not a target.
Four rules the whole floor runs on
Every parcel is scanned
We scan every parcel at pickup, inbound, outbound and delivery. If a parcel moves, a scan says so. Seller and buyer see the same trail. Nothing rides a van unrecorded.
Delivery windows we can keep
We quote delivery windows we can keep. If a route runs late, we tell the buyer first. We give a new window, not a silent reschedule.
A person answers
WhatsApp messages reach the ops room during depot hours. A real person replies, not a bot. That person can see your parcels on the routing board.
Weekly invoices, line by line
Every charge is itemised by parcel and route. Your Monday invoice matches how the week went. Disputes are checked against scans and settled within the week.

Head of fulfilment
Runs the warehouse floor, from inbound scans to stock counts. Her pick error rate last year was eleven orders out of ninety thousand.

Fleet and routing lead
Plans every van's route the evening before. Watches the 7.30 departure like a hawk. Makes sure the 98.6 percent next-day rate stays true.
