Before you book

Do I need to be home during visits?

No. Most clients on the monthly round leave the side gate unlocked on visit day. The photo report shows exactly what we did. If we need a decision, we message you first, before touching anything.

What happens during monsoon season?

If rain stops a visit, we reschedule within the same week. We never skip a visit. Heavy rain months are also when we check drainage. Pooling water can quietly damage a garden more than pests.

Do you take away the green waste?

Always. We bag clippings, branches and cleared beds. We load them onto the lorry the same day. Disposal is included in every quote. Nothing is left at your gate. There is no surprise charge.

Can you work with my existing plants?

Yes, and we prefer to. The walkthrough starts with what is already thriving. We keep plants that suit the spot. We move plants that are struggling. We only suggest new plants where one is fighting the conditions.

How do quotes work?

Send a few photos on WhatsApp. We reply with early thoughts and a price range, usually the same day. For monthly plans and builds, we then do a free walkthrough. The confirmed quote follows in writing, within two days.
