Why we publish prices
Dentistry is easier when money is not a mystery
Most people who avoid the dentist are not scared of the drill. They are scared of the bill. So our prices are on the clinic wall. They are on this page too. And on paper in front of you before treatment starts.
If we find something mid-treatment that changes the cost, we stop. We explain what we found and agree a new price before continuing. You decide what happens next, every time.
We accept cards, e-wallets and monthly instalment plans for treatments above RM 500. Students and seniors get ten percent off scaling and polishing on weekday mornings.
Questions we hear every week
Do you accept insurance or company panels?
We are not a panel clinic. But we give itemised receipts on the spot. Most insurers and employers accept these for claims. Ask us and we will check what your provider needs.
Will scaling hurt?
Most patients feel vibration, not pain. If your gums are sensitive, we go slower. We can use numbing gel, or split the clean over two shorter visits. No extra charge.
Can I get a price before I book?
Yes. Message us a photo or a description of the problem on WhatsApp. We will reply with the likely price range. We will also give the exact consultation fee before you commit.
My child is terrified of dentists. What do you do differently?
The first visit is short on purpose. It is a chair ride, a mirror check, a sticker, then home. Treatment starts only once the chair feels boring, not scary.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
We keep two emergency slots open each weekday. Call before 10am and we will usually see you the same day. For a knocked-out tooth, keep it in milk and come straight in.
How often should I come for a check-up?
Every six months for most people. If your teeth and gums are stable, once a year is enough. The schedule should fit you, not our diary.
